Amanda Scalingi

Born and raised in Manchester, I’m knowledgeable about the area and proud to own a home in the city I’ve loved my whole life. As a recent first-time home buyer, I understand the process intimately. This experience armed me with the ability to empathize with and anticipate the needs of those searching for that perfect fit. I’m known for my strong work ethic and attention to detail which was cultivated during my 10 years as a professional dancer and 20+ years as an instructor. In 2019, after years of meticulous research and planning, my husband and I finally had the pleasure of buying an 1800’s Victorian home which we’ve been lovingly restoring whenever our schedules allow. I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge during this process on spotting potential, project planning, and budgeting for renovations. During free time, I can be found spending time with my husband and our two adorable daughters, playing tennis, antiquing, thrifting or working on our dream home.
